Record Store Day 2026 is officially locked in, and we’re getting ready for one of the biggest days on the record store calendar.

The official Record Store Day 2026 release list has dropped, packed with limited-run titles, exclusive pressings, and some seriously in-demand releases across all genres. As always, quantities are limited and many titles are pressed specifically for RSD — once they’re gone, they’re gone.

Record Store Day – Rules & Info

To keep Record Store Day fair and enjoyable for everyone, the following rules apply at Hideous Records – Redcliffe:

• In-store only
Record Store Day releases are available in store only on Saturday, April 18, 2026. No phone orders, holds, pre-orders, or online sales on the day.

• First come, first served
All RSD titles are sold on a first come, first served basis. We cannot reserve or guarantee copies of specific releases.

• Limited quantities
Most Record Store Day releases are pressed in limited numbers and supplied in small quantities. Once a title sells out, it’s gone.

• One copy per title, per customer
To give everyone a fair chance, limit one copy per RSD title per customer.

• No holds or requests on the day
We can take wish lists in advance, but no holds or special requests will be accepted on Record Store Day itself.

• Remaining stock
Any unsold Record Store Day titles may be made available after the event, including online, in line with RSD guidelines.

• Be kind, be patient
Record Store Day is busy, exciting, and sometimes chaotic — please be respectful to staff and fellow customers so everyone has a great day.
